About Ovulogy

Empowering women through evidence-based fertility education and community support.

Our Mission

Ovulogy was founded with a clear mission: to transform complex scientific information about fertility into everyday language and actionable insights.

We believe that every woman deserves to understand her body and make informed decisions about her reproductive health. By providing evidence-based education and a supportive community, we empower women to take control of their fertility journey.

Our platform is built on the principles of scientific accuracy, respect for women's autonomy, and accessibility of information.

The SymptoThermal Method

At the core of our educational approach is the SymptoThermal Method (STM), a scientifically validated form of fertility awareness that combines multiple fertility signs to identify fertile and infertile phases of the menstrual cycle.

Unlike simplistic calendar-based predictions, STM teaches women to observe and interpret their own unique fertility signs, including basal body temperature and cervical fluid changes.

This method has been shown in research to be highly effective when practiced correctly, with perfect use effectiveness rates as high as 99.6%.

Our Core Values

Evidence-Based

We are committed to providing information that is grounded in scientific research and medical evidence. We regularly review and update our content to reflect the latest findings in reproductive health.

Community-Centered

We believe in the power of community support. Our platform fosters connections between women on similar journeys, creating spaces for sharing experiences, asking questions, and offering encouragement.
